A brown tabby slowly opened his amber eyes. He winced as he slowly sat up, his fur messy and blood-stained. His eyes widened as he observed his surroundings. On the side of him was a beautiful pine forest. Everything was lit up by the starlight. He recognized this place- Starclan. This is where he once got his nine lives as leader, as well as the same place where they were taken back from him. It was so tempting. On the other side of him,was a unsettling forest of shadows.
